representation. In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, Marty is also a
licensed attorney in the State of Montana. In 2007 the Missoula Independent
voted Marty the “Best Lawyer” in Missoula. Marty is able to offer his
clients Total Representation ranging from access to multiple listings, as an
agent, to legal review of contracts and titles and can give legal advice.
Thus, Marty offers his clients wonderful peace of mind in completing
complicated transactions or conveyances that have potential legal issues
involved. All these services for the same price as a regular agent. Marty
earned his law degree from the University of Montana and is admitted to
practice before the Montana Supreme Court, Montana State Courts, U.S.
Federal District Court in Montana, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and
the United States Supreme Court. In addition to real estate law, Marty ‘s
law practice represents injured people in personal injury actions. Marty
received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada-Reno in 1998.
As a resident of Missoula, Marty enjoys the outdoors and is an avid fly
fisherman, hunter, golfer and archer. Marty is an active member of the
Missoula community, has attended the Leadership Missoula program and is a
